Recovery is an ambiguous and complex word and there’s no one answer to the diverse needs of Arizona’s nonprofit organizations and small businesses. That’s why we’ve joined forces with Arizona community-led organizations serving all 15 counties across the state to launch the AZNavigator.
The AZNavigator is a team of 10 organizations working together across Arizona to improve the quality of and access to business support services. From startups to established businesses and nonprofits, the network of experts can help stabilize, reinvent, or scale your company.

Our mission is to provide accessible, fair, and responsible loans and support to Arizona nonprofits and economically underserved small businesses outside the economic mainstream. Our vision is to achieve economic justice through forward-thinking, collaborative, and inclusive approaches to capital access in Arizona.
We are an outcome-focused nonprofit community loan fund that measures success by the success of our nonprofit and small business clients. Growth Partners Arizona is a Certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).
We help nonprofit leaders and small business owners who create change in economically underserved communities gain the operational resources and business guidance they need to improve the lives and economic wellbeing of Arizona residents.
NO-COST SERVICES
Through the AZNavigator, Growth Partners Arizona offers no-cost business support services in English and Spanish on financial topics, including:
- Access to Capital
- Financial strategy (including providing balance sheet, cash flow, and budget templates)
- Preparing for a loan
LOANS
Growth Partners Arizona also offers nonprofit and small business loans and we can assist you with applying for a Kiva online crowdsourced loan.
