Phoenix, AZ – Growth Partners Arizona (GPAz) is proud to announce a strategic collaboration with BBB Pacific Southwest, Central & Inland California (BBB) to deepen its community impact across the Phoenix metropolitan area. By joining forces, GPAz will partner with BBB to introduce a new range of innovative workshops, training, and networking opportunities to the small business and nonprofit community. This Collaboration underscores GPAz’s unwavering commitment to building intentional Collaborations to deliver financial education and affordable financing, fostering a sense of security and trust in Arizona’s ecosystem.
Through this collaboration, Growth Partners Arizona will expand access to its flagship Cashflow Canvas program—an interactive financial education curriculum that guides entrepreneurs through budgeting, forecasting, and growth planning. Delivered in flexible in-person and virtual formats at neighborhood hubs, Cashflow Canvas will provide Phoenix’s small business owners with practical tools and peer support, instilling confidence in their ability to build stronger, more resilient enterprises.
Furthermore, GPAz and BBB will be establishing a Community Financial Literacy Hub in central Phoenix, where program efforts will be hosted at BBB’s Phoenix campus: ignite sparked by BBB. This hub will serve as a resource center, offering residents access to a wide range of money-management workshops, networking events, and training focused on financial education. Leveraging BBB’s Innovation and Events Hub at ignite sparked by BBB, and drawing on collaborations with local banks, credit unions, and Grantmakers, this hub will ensure that learning seamlessly leads to action.

“Our focus has always been on strengthening the fabric of our communities by equipping leaders with the knowledge and connections they need,” said Andre T. Whittington, Executive Director of Growth Partners Arizona. “By partnering with BBB, we’re able to bring high-quality programs like Cashflow Canvas and our nonprofit workshops directly into the communities we serve, amplifying our reach and deepening our impact.”
Understanding the unique challenges faced by nonprofit leaders, Growth Partners Arizona will also launch its flagship Nonprofit Leadership Development Series, The Engaged Leader, later this year. This series will focus on graduating 200 nonprofit leaders over the next two years. It will also deliver a series of transformational workshops focused on helping participants develop a Strategic Impact Plan, a Financial Action Plan, and a Stakeholder Impact Report—tangible tools that empower nonprofit executives to strengthen their organizations and drive sustainable, mission-driven change throughout Arizona’s communities.
“Our mission is to advance trust and foster ethical business practices that empower communities. This collaboration with Growth Partners Arizona brings that mission to life -to establish accessible, community-based spaces where small businesses and nonprofits can gain the financial education, tools, confidence, and relationships needed to grow with integrity and impact.”
