Eligibility

  • 501(c)(3) organization in Arizona
  • Annual revenues in excess of $250,000
  • Three years of statements (audited preferred) and tax returns required
  • Verifiable source of funds for repayment
  • Minimum of three-year operating history

Terms

  • $10,000 – $200,000 loan range
  • Terms up to 5 years
  • Affordable interest rates and fees
  • $250 application fee
  • Rolling application deadline
  • $350 application fee

  • A list of your Board members/affiliation/contact information
  • IRS certification of nonprofit status
  • Three years of financial statements, preferably audited
  • Interim financial statements (current within 45 days of application)
  • Budget for remainder of the current fiscal year and projections for next fiscal year
  • Confirmation of registration and certification of Good Standing with the State of Arizona Office of the Corporation Commission
