Eric Sipe and his business partner (and college friend) Aaron Long will open a second speakeasy-esque taproom on 4th Avenue in Tucson in 2021 with help from two Growth Partners Arizona loan programs: Small Business Success Loans and Kiva Tucson loans. They opened Dillinger Brewing Company in early 2017 with their first microbrewery location on Oracle Rd.
Eric and Aaron understand Tucson’s culture, source local ingredients, and create unique craft brews such as their saguaro fruit-infused beer called Saguaro Patch. In addition to two retail locations, their beer is distributed across Arizona.
