Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements must be met by all applicants in order to qualify for the Spark Loan Program.
- Your business must be located in Avondale, AZ.
- Your business must have generated income in the last six-months.
- Your business must have been in operations for at least 12-Months.
- Your business must be registered and in good standing with the State of Arizona.
The following businesses are ineligible to apply for the Spark Loan Program.
The following businesses are ineligible for the Spark Loan Program: home-based businesses and Mobile vendors (unless using funds to transition to brick & mortar location in Avondale, AZ), Nonprofit organizations, liquor stores, adult-oriented establishments, tobacco and Cannabis retail establishments, franchises with more than 10 locations nationwide, multi-level marketing companies, or ineligible businesses as defined by the Code of Federal Regulations.
