If you apply for funding and/or participate in interview(s) with us, you will be asked to provide us with other relevant data related to you and/or your company including, without limitation, employee demographics, business revenue and information related to creditworthiness.

If you apply for funding, you will be asked to authorize us and/or our affiliates to a) make any necessary inquiries to verify the accuracy of statements made in the application and to determine creditworthiness; and b) to contact third parties, including credit and reference checks, regarding the applicant and its affiliates.  You will also be asked to authorize us to use your name in press releases and other promotional and marketing materials.

We may disclose aggregated information about the uses of our site and/or applicants for funding to our funders and/or other grant providers.

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Information may be transferred. In that event, we will provide notice to you before your Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your Information by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
