We may disclose aggregated information about the uses of our site and/or applicants for funding to our funders and/or other grant providers.

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Information may be transferred. In that event, we will provide notice to you before your Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your Information by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
